Kyogijo Stadiums競技場

Sports fields, rinks, courts and ballparks drawn to scale as SVG, with each team's name and logo on its side and the score in the middle. Light and dark, tall or wide, and one line to put it in your page.

Kyogijo Stadiums: 競技場 (kyōgijō) is Japanese for a sports ground; "Stadiums" is added in English. About the name

      Put it in your page

Four ways, from one line of HTML to a string of SVG. Each shows the call for what you have set above.

      Wide and tall

The same game, turned a quarter for a phone. The words stay upright and the teams go top and bottom.

      Badges for a list

One strip each: the team, the score, a picture of the sport and the status.

      Compact cards

The surface with the score under it, for a card.

      Court looks

The paint, the border, the wood and the words on the baselines are options. These use plain colours and no one's marks.

      The soccer pitch

A pitch from the Laws of the Game at any size, with the presets of UEFA, the MLS, the NCAA, the FA and FIFA's futsal, the size of sixty-four famous grounds, half pitches, and a score that ends after extra time or on penalties.

      Data providers' pitches

Each provider writes the pitch in its own numbers. Drawn in its own frame, the lines stand where the provider puts them and raw data plots without converting.

      Move a point between providers

A point on a line of the pitch stays on that line: the penalty line of one provider is the penalty line of the other.

      Becomes

      Point at the field

Click or drag on the drawing, or use the arrow keys: the place is written in every provider's numbers, with the zone the rules put it in. Nothing is sent anywhere; the drawing answers by itself.

      Data on the surface

Shots, passes and balls in play over the surface they happened on: sized by chance, coloured by team, hollow for a miss, dashed for a pass not caught. Heat maps, shot zones, positional zones and density contours count the marks into cells, zones and bands instead. The data is made up from a fixed seed; no real game, player or team is in it.

      Ready-made charts

A shot chart, a shot map, a spray chart and a pass chart, each made in one call from made-up data. A chart is a list of layers and some drawing options, so it can still be changed, and it comes with a key, a legend and a table. The marks differ in shape as well as in fill, so a result is never told by colour alone.

      Pools

Swimming, water polo, diving and artistic swimming, drawn from World Aquatics' regulations. A made-up race (swimmers and nations that do not exist, flags drawn in code) shows the lanes with names, flags, places, times, reaction times and splits, the split pace bars, a tall race and a natatorium of several pools.

      Road to the final

The two finalists' way through a tournament: their flags large at the top, the rounds named down the middle, each finalist's matches on its side with both teams' round flags and the score between them, FT, AET or the shoot-out under it, and the group stage as a row at the foot. Four sizes, light and dark, in English and Japanese. The nations, their flags and the results are made up: no nation in it exists, and every flag is a few shapes drawn in code.

      A live score

The score moves and the drawing is drawn again; a number that changes swells and settles (it only fades for a reader who prefers reduced motion). Nothing is fetched: it is a made-up game.

      Replay

A made-up play on the rink and on the pitch, played back from tracking data: the players, the ball and its trail, and the passes, the shot and the goal as they happen. Play, pause, step, drag the position, change the speed or loop; the space bar and the arrow keys work too. Nothing plays by itself, only the marks that move are redrawn, and a reader who prefers reduced motion gets steps.

A play on the rink, in the NHL API's frame: feet from centre ice
A play on the pitch, in Opta's frame: 0 to 100 each way
A 200 m race by lane, played from its splits: each swimmer goes down the pool and back; in the pool's frame, in metres from the middle of the water
The same play as an element: loop and speed are attributes

      Ballparks

Thirty current MLB parks and forty-four past ones, and the NPB's twelve home parks and eight other grounds, each fence drawn from the distances its article publishes. Press one to try it. Filter them by league, whether they are in use and era, or search any name they have had, in English or in Japanese.

      Soccer grounds

Sixty-four grounds: the stadiums of every World Cup final, the other venues of the 2026 World Cup and the clubs' own, each pitch drawn at the size its article publishes. Press one to try it. Filter them by group and country, or search any name they have had, in English, in Japanese or in their own language.

      As an element

Each of these is a <kyogijo-field> tag with attributes and no script of its own.
