subdivisionByName関数

The one subdivision a typed name means. When the name is at more than one level, the highest level wins (a region over a department of the same name).

戻り値

Subdivision | null

The subdivision, frozen; null when nothing matches, or when the name is still more than one place (Punjab is in India and in Pakistan): name the country.
