makeSuido関数

Makes a board with exactly one answer and says how hard it is. With a
difficulty asked for it makes boards (each its own seed, the first the
seed given) until one is within tolerance of it, or attempts have been
made, and gives the nearest. The board's seed is the one that made it, so
makeSuido({ ...options, seed: made.seed }) makes it again.
