`ring`	`TenkaRing`	How it is ringed, if it is.
`at`	`readonly [number, number]`	Where its counter stands, in map units.
`armies`	`number`	The armies standing on it.
`owner`	`number`	The seat that holds it, or `TENKA_NEUTRAL`.
