function reshuffled(cards: readonly CardId[], seed: number, salt: number): CardId[]

`cards`	`readonly string[]`	The cards in their current order.
`seed`	`number`	The numeric seed that reproduces the same shuffle or deal.
`salt`	`number`	The extra value mixed into a seeded shuffle.
