Whether a kind of dice is played by a rule added in 1.7.0, one that changes
what it can total: a reroll or an explosion at a comparison, compounding or
penetrating dice, min or max, or counted successes. Marks (cs, cf)
and a sort change nothing about the total and are not among them.
