TSUNAGI_LEVEL_COUNTSconstant

How many levels each size has, read without loading the size. Sixteen blocks of sixteen (levelBlocks.ts); twelve at 4×4, where the generator runs out of distinct boards with one answer before two hundred; eight at 10×10 and 12×12 and four at 11×11, whose boards are slow to find and to prove on every build; eight at 13×13, 14×14 and 15×15, found and proved by a solver that learns from its dead ends (solveSat.ts); four at 20×20, 25×25 and 30×30, made by taking clues away (reduce.ts).
